Site and brief
A written brief and site review. For development enquiries, this is the free quick land check.
Design direction
Concept drawings, material direction and a cost conversation grounded in current rates.
Developed design
Drawings and specifications ready to coordinate with structural, services and build teams.
Build coordination
Design intent carried onto site. We stay close to decisions that affect quality and lifetime.
Handover and after
A proper handover, a defects period, and a studio you can call back when the next decision comes up.
